IN Attorney Gen. Hill Attends White House School Safety Meeting •February 22, 2018

Indiana's Attorney General Curtis Hill visited the White House Thursday to speak with President Donald Trump, U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and others about improving school safety and strengthening firearm laws, according to a release from the state attorney's office. Officials say this meeting came just a week after the tragic mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. Officials add that it also came a day after Attorney General Hill sent an advisory to public safety officers across Indiana reminding them of the state's "Red Flag Law," legislation enabling officers to take guns, pending formal hearings, from people they.
