K-pop group EXO meets Evgenia Medvedeva, crushes performance at PyeongChang Closing Ceremony
One of the most popular groups in the world of K-pop, EXO was a natural choice to headline the PyeongChang Closing Ceremony. Spoiler alert: they were fun. And if you count success by the friends you make along the way, they were pretty good at that, too.
EXO entered the PyeongChang Olympic Stadium on trucks, circled artistic projections of animals like a horse and tiger and knocked out a collection of its most famous songs, including Power and Growl, with all of the pyrotechnics you could wish for. They helped close a show filled with highlights, including the best 13-year-old guitar player you will probably ever see.
